Public footpaths and bridleways
Problems with public rights of way, including overgrown hedges, obstructions, ploughing and general maintenance, can be reported to Wakefield Council.
Please note that public rights of way are different from roadside pavements. Pavement problems should be reported as highway issues.

If trees, hedges or shrubs are causing an obstruction or problem on a public route, Wakefield Council should normally be contacted.
