Darrington Village Store is owned and managed by Mr Sabesan (Sabe) Saranija and his team. The shop has recently been fully refurbished and extended, providing an even better service for the local community.
Sabe and his staff are strong supporters of village life and regularly support local events, including the Bonfire and Feast & Fayre.

What the Store Offers
As well as a wide range of everyday groceries, including milk and dairy products, fresh bread, frozen foods, beer, wine and spirits, the store provides a number of useful services for residents:
- PayPoint services
- Newspapers, which can be ordered for collection
- National Lottery
- Parcel services available inside the shop, including DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon, with Evri expected to be available soon
- InPost lockers outside the shop, which are easily accessible and covered by CCTV
Sabe also listens to the needs of his customers and is actively working towards providing a cash machine within the store, giving residents another convenient local service.
